Refund Policy

We hope you absolutely love your KELKINI items, but if for any reason you would like to make a return please send your order back and ensure that we receive this within 14 days of receipt ( date ordered).

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused/ unworn
- In the same perfect condition you received
- Must have all tags attached and in original packaging
- No makeup /fake tan/ deodorant marks or any stains
- No odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked by at least two people)

We are within our rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason you will be responsible for paying for your return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this by any circumstance. We will refuse any items returned after the 14-day period so please refrain from sending them back as they will just be sent back and you will need to pay postage for this.

To Return:

Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return inside the parcel. If this is not added in we will not know who sent the return and this will delay the return process.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service and keeping hold of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the return being received.

Once we receive the return, we will contact you to confirm the refund/credit note information. Please also allow time for us to process your returns especially when it is busy! Working days are weekdays and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Refunds can take up to take up to 15-21 working days to be processed. Usually quicker but we can have busy periods so please bare this in mind. Refunds will be processed to the original payments.

DPD USA DELIVERY 3/5 WORKING DAYS

INTERNATIONAL USUALLY 4-10 WORKING DAYS ( European countries are usually a few days, other countries may be a week onwards it simply depends on distance)

Tracking numbers from Royal Mail usually update later in the evening if or the next working day. Evri tracking is sent to your email or phone number so please have a look out for this. We aim to ship all orders out the same day if ordered by 3 PM Monday- Friday. Please bare in mind we do not ship over the weekend if you order after 3pm Friday if your order is in stock it will be shipped the following Monday.

If your order includes pre-order items and in-stock items they are all shipped together in one parcel once all items are in stock. So if you need your in-stock items first please order them separately. We do not send out in-stock items and pre-order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. If you have already ordered and need your in-stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.

You may incur customs charges for international orders, customs is completely random so we cannot predict if you will incur these charges, please be aware we are not responsible for any custom charges as these are covered by the customer.
